What’s distinct about RR Logistics

RR Logistics has a process of imparting continual training session for Drivers. We believe that we need to continuously conduct training programs to keep our employees including drivers abreast of the latest process and to withstand the current global Market changes.

We plan our training programs and session in such a way that all employees should receive training once in a month; we also do one full day outdoor team building exercise once in year to bring up the morale and to build up the cross functional/cultural relationship.

Compliance check

Our audit team including Account Manager, Operation Manager & Compliance lead would conduct a surprise check of Vehicles every month at all our client site as per the check list
The team will carry all essential equipment's (Fire Extinguisher, First Aid, Torch & Umbrella) in the audit van and replace them then and there.
The audit team will carry breath analyzer along with them whenever the auditing is done.
We would also share the audit report with our clients on a regular basis.
Drivers would be penalized or terminated depending on the nature of non-compliance

We have separate team for Operation Support, Fleet Maintenance, Compliance, Administration, Finance and Human Resource to provide most satisfaction to our clients.

Crisis Management

As an experienced Transport industry, we are well set to handle any crisis that arise due to political conflict, natural disaster, mechanism disruption etc.

We would utilize all our resources to provide uninterrupted services during a public bandh or any political unrest etc.

During petrol dealers strike we have a good rapport with our petrol dealers who would supply us. Moreover, we will maintain stocks of petrol & diesel in our garage to switch the crisis.

In-case of accidents, one of our senior staff who have the authority to take all decisions would be present within 30 minutes to handle the crisis. The nature of accidents & the action taken would be informed to the stake holders of the client.

In-case of a break down, we would send a replacement cab immediately or we would send a vehicle from our business associates in that area.

We have buffer resources in organization to manage emergencies.

We also give frequent training to our team on crisis management.
